He has more than 10 years of experience both in industry and in insurance sector. Clément Lapierre began his career in 2008 as a Safety Engineer in the Norwegian subsidiary of TOTAL. At the end of 2009, he decided to leave Norway and the oil and gas industry to come back to France and join the nuclear industry within the French Institute of Nuclear Safety. During the four years at the institute, he was in charge of Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment in various nuclear installations. In 2014, he joined the insurance world. He worked as a Risk Engineer at Tokio Marine group for Property Middle Market account.
