Due to the increasing spread of the coronavirus, also in Europe, MSIGEU has taken numerous measures to protect its employees, customers and partners.

Already at the beginning of March, we replaced business trips or visits to our locations with telephone and video conferences. After a stress test of our IT systems at the beginning of the week, it has now been decided that all MSIGEU employees will work from home for the time being.

Thanks to our technical equipment, working from home is possible without any problems. We are still available for you. Nevertheless, for you as our customers and partners, it may mean that answering some inquiries may take longer than you are used to from us. Should this actually happen, we ask you to excuse this due to the special situation. We do everything to protect our employees and thus to stand by our customers as a long-term partner.

"Therefore we want to protect them from infections on the way to work and have expanded our home office guidelines.
