As of January 1, 2021, Christoph Schell has assumed the position of Chief Operating. He is thus responsible for the newly established "Operations & Data" division. His responsibilities include the areas of operational organization, process, data and project management.
Christoph Schell previously held the position of Head of Internal Audit at MSIGEU. In this position, he conducted audits at all European subsidiaries. Prior to this, the 41-year-old business graduate held various specialist and management positions at the consulting firms Ernst & Young and Deloitte.

The position of Head of Internal Audit thus vacated has been taken over by Swetlana Heck since January 1, 2021. Ms. Heck was previously Head of Internal Controls & Compliance at the personnel services provider Adecco. The 39-year-old business graduate has several years of experience in the field of internal auditing. She gained this at thyssenkrupp AG and the consulting firm Ernst & Young, among others.
