Mr. Quick succeeds Alexander Schmitt, who is moving internally and is now an Underwriting Director within our company.
Ralf Quick previously worked at Gen Re for 25 years in various professional and management positions. Most recently, he was as General Representative/Managing Director and Regional Manager responsible for Property and Casualty business as well as Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. He was also active in various working groups and circles at the German Insurance Association (GDV). In his new position, he will continue to strategically expand and digitize the reinsurance area at our company.
