Andrea Brock is Country Manager for Germany at MSIG Europe, where she leads the company’s operations and growth strategy in one of its key European markets. Appointed in 2025, she brings more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry, with extensive expertise in commercial insurance, distribution, underwriting and business leadership. Prior to joining MSIG Europe, Andrea served as General Manager Germany at QBE Europe SA/NV and held a range of senior leadership positions with leading international insurers, including Chubb.
Recognised for her strong track record in developing profitable business growth and building high-performing teams, she combines deep market knowledge with a customer-focused and strategic approach. Andrea plays a key role in advancing MSIG Europe’s ambitions in the German market and strengthening relationships with brokers, clients and business partners.
