Constantijn Dolmans
Constantijn Dolmans is Compliance Director for MSIG Europe and MSIG Specialty Marine, where he is responsible for leading the organisation’s compliance framework and supporting a strong culture of governance, integrity and regulatory excellence across the business. He has held senior compliance leadership roles within the MSIG and MS Amlin group for nearly a decade, including serving as Head of Compliance for Europe and later Head of Compliance for MS Amlin Insurance SE and MS Amlin Marine NV before assuming his current position.
With a background spanning law, business management and financial services regulation, Constantijn brings extensive expertise in compliance, governance, risk management and organisational ethics. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he has been actively involved in industry and professional associations, contributing to the development of compliance standards within the insurance sector. He holds a Master in Law from Leyden University, an MBA from The Open University Business School and is a Certified Compliance Officer.
Control Function Mandate
To ensure MSIG Europe maintains effective compliance with regulatory and legal requirements by leading the compliance function, providing independent advice and oversight, and fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organisation.
