Ron Verhulsdonck
Ron Verhulsdonck serves as Country Manager for the Netherlands at MSIG Europe SE, leading the company’s Dutch operations and growth strategy. With more than 35 years of insurance industry experience, he brings a proven track record in executive leadership, underwriting, risk management and client engagement across international markets.
Prior to joining MSIG Europe in December 2023, Ron spent more than two decades with Chubb, serving as Country President Benelux. In this role, he was responsible for leading Chubb’s Benelux business, overseeing strategic growth, distribution, underwriting performance and client relationships across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. He also successfully led the integration of ACE and Chubb in the Benelux region following the merger of the two companies.
Earlier in his career, Ron held a range of progressively senior positions at Royal & Sun Alliance, including Risk Engineer, Property Manager and Major Accounts Manager, following initial roles at Aon as a trainee, broker and risk engineer.
Having worked across insurers, brokers and corporate risk environments, Ron has developed a comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape and the needs of clients and distribution partners.
Ron holds a BSc in Navigation and a BSc in Business Economics.
