Shingo Tsuda
Shingo Tsuda is a Non-Executive Director of MSIG Europe and an experienced international insurance and reinsurance executive with a career spanning more than two decades across Europe, Bermuda and Japan. He currently serves as Head of Lloyd’s, EMEA and Reinsurance Business at MS&AD Insurance Group, where he is responsible for supporting the Group’s strategic development across these key markets.
Prior to his current role, Shingo held a number of senior leadership positions within the MS&AD Group, including Assistant General Manager in both the International Business and Corporate Planning departments. He has extensive experience within the MSIG and MS Amlin organisations, having served as Chief Liaison Officer at MS Amlin Insurance, Head of Corporate Office at MSIG Insurance Europe AG in Germany, Corporate Operations Manager at MS Amlin in Switzerland, and Corporate Operations Manager at MS Frontier Reinsurance in Bermuda. These international assignments have provided him with broad expertise in insurance operations, reinsurance, corporate governance and strategic business management.
With deep knowledge of global insurance markets and extensive experience across multiple jurisdictions, Shingo brings valuable strategic insight and a strong international perspective to the Board of MSIG Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Keio University in Japan.
