Ulrich Wollschläger
Ulrich Wollschläger is an Independent Non-Executive Director of MSIG Europe and Chair of the Board Risk Committee and Investment Governance Committee. He joined the Board in 2025, following his previous service on the Supervisory Board of MSIG Insurance Europe AG. As part of the Board of MSIG Europe Ulrich provides independent oversight and guidance on risk management, investment governance and strategic development during a significant period of growth and integration for the organisation.
He served more than 23 years in multi-national insurance industry thereof 14 years as CFO of HDI Global SE and prior to this 10 years as Senior manager with BASF group . His professional background is lawyer; he is admitted as self-employed attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt/Fachanwalt f. Steuerrecht).
